April Dividend Portfolio Update

• added new stocks Pfizer, Invitation Homes, American Homes 4 Rent
• deployed $504.24
• plans moving forward

I now have 38 stocks in my portfolio. I think this is too much to keep an eye, but I keep adding new companies into the mix.

So far this April I deployed another $504.24 into the dividend portfolio.

Earlier I added Pfizer, Invitation Homes, and American Homes 4 Rent.

Pfizer is a big pharmaceutical company and is also working on a vaccine for the virus right now. Mostly known for the " blue pill" or Viagra. 

Invitation Homes and American Homes 4 Rent are REITs both own single family rental homes. I added on the downside.

Not really sure where the market is headed right now. I am hitting the sidelines and ready to deploy more money on these stocks.
