June 2020 Stock Purchase

So far this June I deployed $505.84 to purchase 8 stocks and 1 ETF.

Fidelity MSCI Information Technology Index ETF (FTEC)
I added more FTEC because I believe it's a hedge against another pullback and it also acts as my growth portion of my dividend portfolio. It contains Apple, Microsoft, Visa, MasterCard, Intel, Nvidia, Cisco, Adobe, PayPal and Salesforce.

Valero
"As one of the world's largest independent oil refiners, Valero Energy (NYSE:VLO) is dependent more on refining margins than the specific price of crude oil." - Motley Fool

Walgreens Boots Alliance
I just added more to dollar cost average. This is not a significant holding, but the dividend is attractive.

American Homes 4 Rent and Invitation Homes
The recent pull back, while not a lot, gave me another chance to add to these single home REITS. They are still at attractive price and I will wait as they appreciate in the next few months.

Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson
I can't get enough off healthcare/pharmaceutical stocks. They both have portfolios that offer steady source of income.

Wynn Resorts
A big-time player in casino resorts, Wynn runs luxury operations in Las Vegas and Macau. Not a significant holding. Just dollar cost averaging.

ViacomCBS
Not a significant holding. Just dollar cost averaging.

I maxed my Roth IRA account last month so I have been adding funds on M1Finance. I will add more if I see a pull backs from this recovery.
